Tarry Awhile

The overarching theme of the book is given in its subtitle: Wisdom from black spirituality for people of faith. Dr Stone has penetrating, wise insights that come from her being embedded in Black Pentecostal worship and spirituality, a deep academic and inclusive understanding of scripture; and great experience of community development among the poor and excluded. Do join us if you can.
